Balance is Key!

Good balance reduces your risks of falls and plays an important role in performing daily tasks.
Here are some tips to improve your balance and coordination: (When performing these exercises make sure you are in a safe environment and assistance is provided if necessary).
▶️While looking straight ahead stand with your feet together and arms away from your hips, close your eyes for 30 seconds while maintaining your balance.
▶️Stand with one foot in front of the other and maintain position for 30 seconds
▶️ While standing, march in place with eyes open using counter only when needed
✅✅Tips to make your home safer: Remove anything than can cause tripping or slipping while walking such as rugs, create clear walking pathways, use handrails, use nightlights in the hallways
